Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been washed, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Items with pet hair, odors, or stains.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@hippiehypnotism.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
