All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), pending item availability and payment verification.  Once payment and delivery address is confirmed your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that has issues with payment and the right to limit quantities for exclusive releases.

After receiving your order we will send a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped you will receive another email notification with the shipping and tracking information.  Your order can be tracked using our "Order Tracking Page" below.

We are not responsible for the disappearance of packages after official deposit recorded by the carrier. Once your package is declared delivered, our responsibility is no longer incurred. No refund will be made in this case.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All orders are shipped “Free of Charge”.

We utilize USPS for all domestic orders unless specified.

Delivery time frames begin from the date of dispatch. All orders are trackable.

International Shipping

At this time we do not take or ship International orders.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after the processing time frame above.

If your order is not delivered within a reasonable time from receiving your shipping confirmation you can either check it's status at our 'Order Tracking Page' below or email us at;  CustomerService@HippieHypnotism.com with your Name,  Order Number, and we will look into it for you or;

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can either use our Returns Request Page or contact us at Returns@HippieHypnotism.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2 Christie Ln, Attn: Returns, Fort Edward, NY 12828.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not except returns on items marked as 'Final Sale'. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (after getting approved from our Returns Request Page), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
